Q: How many Invitations should I order ? |
| A: When you first create your guests list, you may be thinking of individual guests. Now you need to recount because some are singles, some are couples and some are families. Singles are unmarried, widowed or divorced who may come alone or you may want to extend the opportunity for them to bring a guest. Couples are married guests or singles living together. Families include the parents and the children you want to include. If you are planning “an adult reception”, it is alright to exclude young children by not including their names on the Inner Envelope. However, if you want to include older children still living at home, they should receive a separate invitation. Remember to order invitations for you, your family and your bridal party also. Now mark your guest list in a way that you can count the number of invitations needed. It is recommended that you order an additional 25 invitation sets to allow for addressing mistakes and/or additions to your guest list as you continue to develop your plans. Note: it is less expensive to purchase 25 extra invitation sets at the time of the initial order than to place a new order for 25. |

Q: When should I order my Invitations ? |
A: As soon as you confirm the locations for your ceremony & reception and have developed your guest list, you may place your order. This is generally 4-6 months in advance of the wedding date. However, if you set a date in the very near future, order as soon as you have made your arrangements.
Please Note: You may order from some of our collections online, however imprinted invitations and accessories cannot be returned. If you order online, please remember that you take the responsibility for the accuracy of your information. |

Q: When should I mail out my Invitations ? |
| A: Generally 4-6 weeks in advance is proper, however, if you have many out of town guests, keep in mind their need to make travel plans, especially if the wedding is during vacation or holiday times and adjust accordingly. “Save the Date” cards may be sent 8-10 months in advance to insure your guests are notified as to the date and telling them that the “formal invitation will follow”. |

Q: How long will it take before I receive my order ? |
| A: Production Time is approximately 2-4 working days for Thermography and 5 days for Genuine Engraving. However, complex orders and handmade invitations usually require 10 working days for production after final proof approval. Shipping Time is approximately 3-5 days for UPS GRD and 2-3 days for FEDEX STANDARD. Even though production time is short, you may choose to select an expedited shipping method if time is an issue. However, unexpected delays may result if there are any questions concerning your order. Therefore, it is important to finalize and include all information in the initial order to avoid potential delays. |

Q: How is my order shipped ? |
| A: Your order will be shipped directly from the factory to you via UPS or FEDEX. When you place your order, you will indicate the shipping method and the delivery charges will be calculated and included in your total amount. |

Q: How do I make payment for my order ? |
| A: Payment is made at the time the order is submitted. We accept major credit cards and Shipping and the appropriate Sales Tax will be included on your final total amount. |

Q: How can I prevent mistakes or handle changes on my order ? |
| A: We suggest that you type your text line by line in a Word Processing program. Check the spelling of all names carefully and verify all of the information including date, time and place. Read the copy out loud to be sure it flows well. Have someone else proof your copy before you paste it into the order form line by line. If you have any questions regarding the wording or layout, please feel free to contact us. If you have any changes after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately and we will make the changes if your order has not yet been produced. |

Q: Is ordering online safe ? |
| A: Yes, we use industry standards security programs to protect your credit card information. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission. We respect your privacy and we do not store your credit card information after your order is completed. Therefore, you will need to re-enter this information for any additional orders. |

Q: If I want to see all of your Invitations, may I make an appointment ? |
| A: Yes, we have appointments in our office and help one bride at a time. Not all of our invitations are shown online. We carry other manufacturers lines also, including National Engraving, Celebrations, Stylart, NuArt, Winsted, and Chase that can be seen in our office only. Please contact us to set up a convenient time for a personal appointment. You may email us if you prefer. |
