Paper selection is only the first step in choosing the perfect invitations to your wedding. There are several main pieces to an invitation ensemble, though not every bride chooses to include all pieces – it depends on your celebration event details.

• Invitation – invites the guests and gives the details for the ceremony.
• Response Note – lets your guests respond back as to whether or not they will attend, and for some, let’s them choose their entrée.
• Response Note Envelope – pre-addressed, pre-stamped envelope for your invitees to return their response note to you.
• Reception Card – used when the reception is being held at a location other than that of the ceremony, this gives the location name and address.
• Inner Envelope – this contains the 4 above pieces and has the guests names only printed on the front.
• Outer Envelope – the inner envelope is placed inside of the outer envelope, which is addressed to your invitees with the return address printed on the back flap of the envelope.
• Map /Direction Card  -   imprinted on one or two sides, this provides accurate information for you guests to arrive at the ceremony and/or hotel.
• Guest Accommodations Card –– imprinted on one or two sides, this card provides all the necessary information for your guests to make reservations at the hotels where you have reserved blocks of rooms and/or other suggested accommodations in the area.

Next, creating the appropriate and proper wording for each piece of the invitation package is equally as important as paper selection. Below are just a few examples of popular verses to assist you when composing the wording for your Invitations.  There are numerous ways that you can personalize your Invitations to reflect your tastes.

There are many other items and accessories that we can design to coordinate with your wedding invitations and your special day. Next, the quantity of Invitations depends on the list of guests you intend to invite. This number is lower than the number of individuals on your list as some invitations will be sent to couples and/or families.  However, we want to be sure that you do not over-order nor under-order.  It is less expensive to order a few extras with the original order than place a reorder later.

Lastly, we require your approval of proof for each of your Invitation order pieces.  They will be sent to you by e-mail and will require your signature prior to production. This provides you with a copy of the layout in the typestyle you select and gives you the opportunity to check the accuracy of the information as well as the spelling of all names.  Once the proofs are approved, your order will be produced and shipped directly to you.
